Pilo Pilo FANS Photo Competition

Woohhoo, finally the winners of Pilo Pilo Fans Photo Competition will be revealed soon. Is your baby one of the winner? I really hope so.

First of all, I must thank, kiss and hug each of you for purchasing our goodies, taking picture of your kid(s), sending them to me, and above all becoming my new friends.

Mami Ai memang jagoannya moto. Foto ini super clear, komposisi baik, mimik Ai begitu ceria, dan background dinding dengan stiker pepohonan dari Circus Giraffe ikut menunjang kecakepan foto. Well, for that Ai is the 1st winner for the 1st category. Congratulation. ^^

Second winner: Dear Maurice with his Shinkansen cushion

Why Maurice? Well, sampai dengan lomba ini ditutup one-year-old-Maurice sudah mengumpulkan 36 'jempol' dari para teman-teman semua. Thanks so much for each of you who votes for Maurice, it surely helps me a lot in choosing the winners.

Third winner: Dear Nadya with her stuffed dolls cushions

Why Nadya? karena fotonya terang, foto bantal cukup ter-ekspose dengan baik, dan cute-big-eyed-Nadya juga terlihat dengan jelas. So, saya setuju dengan 10 moms/dads/om/tante yang klik like pada foto Nadya. Congrats Nadya.

SECOND CATEGORY : "Best Photo of Contestant With Their Towels & Bathrobes"

The first winner in this category is also the one who gets the most likes. He collects 59 likes all together ckckckc, who is he? Please welcome the one and only cute baby XANDER in his giraffe towel. clap-clap-clap. Thanks Mommy Astrid for this great picture. Xander is surely the absolute winner in this competition.

The second winners of this competition was chosen by my hubby. They are Emma & Luke. Why Emma & Luke? Hubby said, foto ini lucu bener, karena anak-anak ini mau aja disuruh pake bathrobe (padahal lagi gak berenang) trus tiduran di bantal yang sebelumnya ditatakin handuk. Hahaha, semua goodies tersebut tentunya buatan pilo-pilo. Thanks Ms. Lulu for the photo and especially for keep coming back for more.

The 3rd winner is baby Arfan with his monkey towel. Even-though there's no single 'jempol' in this photo, still, I pronounce baby Arfan as one of the winner in this category. Thanks Bunda Rina for sending this photo.

THIRD CATEGORY : 'Best Photo of Contestant With Their Amigurumi'

Aaah kalo ngomong amigurumi itu identik dengan my dear return customer Bibrina. And yes, Dear B is the first winner of this category. Look at the picture, it speaks to itself. Sekedar curcol, saya aja belum pernah ke Nagoya...hix si bunny amigurumi malah udah *iri berat* hahaha... again, thx so much Bibrina ^^.

2nd winner is Aloysia with her usahana amigurumi. Sweet as a candy. Thanks dear Sisca for sending me around 10 pics of Alosia with our tower, cushions, amigurumi, angry birds dolls, etc ... bener2 bingung milih satu dari sekian banyak foto-foto tsb. Really appreciate it. *Kiss Aloysia and Sisca*

1st Winner is Abinawa. Hahaha, saya ngakak liat foto ini, lucu banget... gara-gara foto Abinawa ampir aja saya bikin kategori baru "foto mirip karakter". Thanks Mommy Catherine for this great picture of Abinawa and his red angry birds. Love it!

2nd winner is Aurellia. Look at her, ekspresif banget yaaak ^^... Aurel's mom sent me 11 pictures of Aurel with her angry bird dolls. Pretty hard to chose 1 out of those 11. Thanks dear Mommy Ella and thanks to 17 jempols who votes for Aurel.

3rd winner is Heidi. Why Heidi? Why not? Hahaha look at her, sooo super cute. In this picture she is also wearing Barney t-shirt that was first made for her (and her lil bro 'Hayden') as requested by Mommy Diana back on May 2010. Yeah 2010, so it means a year from now. Knowing that those tees are one of their favorite tees and they still wearing it up until now, is so so bikin-hepi ^^ ..... Thanks Diana. Hug n kiss for Heidy and Hayden. Napa, I demen ngobrol campur-mix gini yah? hehehe...

So, what prize did I prepare for the winners? well, rahasia donk ah... yang jelas bukan mobil, rumah or rezeki nomplok uang tunai 1 Milyar yah... hoho.. Its only souvenirs from pilo pilo special made for your dear one. Just you wait, I'll surprise you. Oww, if possible kindly let me know if you receive it ... maybe difoto and tag juga buat saya jadikan bahan crita-crita di blog edisi selanjutnya *ngarep* ^^ Anyway, the 1st winner will get more souvenirs than the 2nd winner dan seterusnya, and tiap pemenang dari tiap kategori akan mendapatkan goody yang berbeda-beda... so... Cushion w/ Stuffed Dolls - Part 4

Woohhooo part 4 already, hahahaha.... A friend dengan gemesnya nanya, "napa sih bikinnya 1-2 pcs mulu? sengaja yah ikutan tren bikin limited editiioong-limited ediitiiong-an biar orang pada berebutan?" hahahaha, well, gak segitunya kali ^^, mau tau kenapa? Gini nih critanya.

I mentioned before that I am a-mata-keranjang-kinda-mom, right? Ini pengen itu pengen... nah, cara saya 'belanja' fabric buat pilo pilo juga sama aja, gak bisa liat kain yang coraknya lucu, atau warnanya menarik, pasti deh beli. Tentunya belinya gak 1 roll isi 100 yard karena keterbatasan dana di kantong, tapi beli 1-2 meter aja. Hari berganti minggu berganti bulan berganti tahun, akhirnya kain-kain ini menggunung setinggi Mount Everest *ckckck berlebihan banget :P

Karena 'penyakit' mata keranjang ini gak kunjung sembuh, dan pastinya akan berlanjut ke hari-hari yang akan datang, maka pusinglah saya melihat workshop yang udah lebih mirip gudang kain dari pada tempat kerja. D'oh! So, what to do? Well, gak ada cara laen selain ngabisin stock kain yang lama, sebelum bertambah lagi koleksi baru *teuteup ^^

Bantal-bantal dengan kyut klinci mungil ini adalah goodies yang saya buat dengan kain-kain tersebut. That's the only reason, why I can only make 1- 2 pcs of them (well, kadang sampai 6 pcs loh kalo memungkinkan) and I can't remake them using the exact fabric color combination 'cos when they are gone, they are gone. ^^

These are 4 black cushions with stuffed dolls that were uploaded today, and yes just like their friends, these ones are also gone.

Joining the rest of pilo pilo's cushions with stuffed dolls, here are 4 more of them.

Tema dari dua cushion ini critanya adalah bunny-bunny yang ngumpet dalam bunga... *tawooon kalee suka ngumpet di dalam bunga hehehehe

Cushion yang satu ini sebenarnya udah pernah dibikin di batch pertama, tapi biar kesannya "beda" so, boneka yang dimasukin ke dalam kantong biru bukan si 2 mini bunny seperti yang udah-udah tapi sepasang anak kecil warna warni dari bahan felt. Lucu juga hihihi.

Nah ini dia one of my favorite cushion. Warna-nya peach, super soft, duh pokoke me likey banget. Sayangnya 2 bunny yang dipasang di cushion ini kami jahit, alias gak bisa dicopot-copot or dimaenin anak-anak seperti pada cushion laennya. But well, kalo your baby mau maenin bunny-bunny-nya yah silahkan gunting benang dibelakang si bunny ini yah. Your baby jadi punya mainan boneka baru, dan cushion ini tetap cute untuk dijadikan hiasan di sofa anda *jiaaaa...promosi daah uhuuukk*

Anyway, foto-foto diatas saya upload ke FB kemaren sore, and as usual ...... ^_^..... hihihi, ditunggu kiriman cushion-nya besok yah Moms, cos jadwal pick up goody oleh kurir kami adalah setiap Rabu dan Jumat. Ban ban kamsyah. Kiss to all.

Cushion Yang Diborong Tashya ^^

Ini adalah cushion with stuffed dolls dari batch pertama. I made only 3 different motives. Well, judulnya baru mau 'tes market' jadi bikinnya gak banyak-banyak amat. Eheem 2 pcs each :p

Kecuali si bunny ini karena rasanya kog kyut yah, jadi dibikin sedikit lebih banyak.... eehmm... 6 .. that's all ^^

And you know the rest of the story... I pressed the 'upload' button ... seconds latter Tashya bought all. Those are my first 6 before I sent them to her. Thanks Tashya dear. ^^

Cushion w/ Stuffed Dolls - Part 2

I declared this month as stuffed dolls month hehehe ... I was so in love with this cutie bunny, now I made almost 100 of them haha.... btw, the one in the picture bellow was me, critanya lagi jahit mata-mulut-udel si bunny .... please please don't do this at home. C'mon moms, when you already home, make sure your time is for your kids, and not for your work. I wasn't proud with this *keluh* :p

So, to have 100 pieces of these cute bunnies, means I must design and make more of my new cushions for them. Hmmm... can I do that... well, of course I can... I am in good mood lately, and good mood makes people think more creatively, don't you agree Moms.

Cushions with Stuffed Dolls

Back on March 31st, I found one blog that make fell in love instantly. Pemilik blok ini sangat crafty, ybs bukan hanya mengajari cara pembuatan beberapa art-&-craft tapi ybs juga ngasih free sample pattern. Saya download dooonk (kan udah jatuh cinta critanya), dan sambil iseng nungguin dijemput suami saya bikinlah boneka bunny kecil sesuai pattern dari blog tsb.

Foto 1: Nah ini dia my first bunny, using the pattern from Missy Balance. Cute banget yah... hihihi, itu loh kuku kaki sayaaa... cute kan??? *mulai deh keluar topic* :D

Foto 2: Using the same pattern, saya perbanyak bunny2 ini untuk dipasangkan ke cushion kami. Again, the idea is from Missy Balance. Not mine. hihihi. Ini dia bunny yang kita buat dengan menggunakan berbagai warna fabric. Btw, kenapa yah hasil foto saya pake Blackberry hasilnya beda amat ama foto suami pake SLR? :D

Foto 3: Taddaa, ini 3 cushion terbaru kami dengan ukuran 40 x 40 cm yang dipasangkan dengan para cute mini bunny tadi.
